RETURN POLICY

 

 

Free Shipping

Rushwheels.com is offering free freight on all tire and/or wheel packages, tires must be less than 35" in diameter to qualify. Rushwheels.com will also Mount and Road Force Balance your Tires and Wheels at no charge. Free freight is for customers within the 48 Continental States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico do not qualify for the Free Freight Offer. Tire and Wheel packages will be shipped via ABF ground. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box's and APO's. There will be a handling charge on every order, the amount is $60 per order of 4 Wheels and/or Tires.

 

Returns and Refunds

All returns or cancelations are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total original purchase, plus shipping charges to and from Rushwheels.com if applicable. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a Wheel and Tire Package, the customer will also be assessed an $80 per set dismounting fee for all wheel sizes. If error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full. Rushwheels.com will not take any product that has been mounted, installed, used or altered in any way. Product must be in original packaging. Return and refund offer is good for 30 days after product is received. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items. Please call (213) 746-4040 for a Return Authorization Number. Packages must be packed properly and if packages are returned to Rushwheels.com and are damaged due to faulty packaging, credit will not be issued. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.

 

Requesting Authorization For A Return

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (213)746-4040 for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, etc. Rushwheels.com is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. Rushwheels.com will refund shipping charges only if there was error on our side. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.

Canceled Orders

Please understand that Rushwheels.com prepares each order especially for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise is delivered to you, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. Mounting and balancing, for example, takes a great deal of time and care. Also, many times special orders have to be especially shipped from the manufacturer to our facilities to complete your order.  As a result, all canceled orders are charged a 20% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancelation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full. There are no cancelations on special order items. The good thing is that you made your purchase with Rushwheels.com, and in an effort to satisfy every customer, Rushwheels.com does offer courtesy exchanges free of charge on merchandise that has not yet shipped. Courtesy exchanges are only offered on Items that have not shipped or been scheduled for pick up.

 

Not Recommended Fitment

If Rushwheels.com sells you product and it is not recommended to fit your vehicle, we do not take any responsibility for fitment. Before product is shipped we would need a wavier to release us of fitment problems, faxed our office at (213) 746-4040.

Fitment Guarantee

All our recommended packages* are built to fit your vehicle as is, with no modifications and with no problems, such as rubbing. Bigger size rims come with lower profile tires, so the overall tire diameter remains the same as your original tires. However, we always double check all orders (including test fit when necessary) to make sure that website recommendations were accurate. If we sell you a package which doesn't fit your vehicle we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available Rushwheels.com will issue call tags to return product back to us. As long as the product is returned in good condition we will issue a full refund including freight. Our fitment guarantee does not apply to modified or altered vehicles.

 

Business Days

Working and business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekend days or recognized holidays. The only shipments which are delivered on Saturday are the upgraded service packages by ABF at an additional cost shipped next day air, second day air, and three day select. Please note that these packages also are the only ones which have a guaranteed delivery day

General Information

Most orders ship within 2 business days after placing your order providing all of the merchandise is in stock. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until the following Monday. Special order items will take additional time and Rushwheels.com will relay to you the time the "manufacture" has given us to produce your order. In the event of a backorder situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you of the delay.

Errors In Pricing

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Rushwheels.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Rushwheels.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Rushwheels.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.
